Airtightness test for taps and fittings sector

Double test bench with two separate airproof test stations for valves, taps and other pneumatic, gas or hydraulic components. 
The external structure is in extruded aluminum element and stainless steel with Plexiglas protection on the working area. The support includes adjustable feet or wheels with brakes. The stainless steel working plate (thickness 0.2 inch) is composed by replaceable test units, depending on the equipment to test.
The control system is based on PLC with 3.8’’ color touch screen HMI to set up every parameters and control each movement, fixing, test setting and recipe at any time. As a result, it is always possible to identify every defective component that fails the test. An high precision electronic instrument is included in order to set and control the air pressure.

The machine is completed with an optoelectronic protection bar near the working area for the maximum operator safety, an emergency push button and a lamp that signal the test result. It is possible to add an automatic load and unload device to increase the efficiency of the machine. The bench is perfectly designed on customer components requirements and features.
The standard machine is CE certified.
