This machine is compact, efficient and well designed, thought to optimize the assembly process of precision mechanical small parts and all kinds of fasteners in term of type and size.
All the small parts are provided by vibrating systems. Cartesian robots, with brushless engine and recirculating ballbearing guides, place the items in dedicated supports installed on the rotating table.
This high quality solution guarantees stability and rigidity (by the recirculating ballbearing guides), reliability and silence (thanks to the absence of pneumatic cylinder and venting pipe), simple equipping and high performance (axis position ca be easily managed by the software, regulating also speed and acceleration).
